Hoopsfix runs a no return or refund policy unless extenuating circumstances such as damaged goods. In such circumstances, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to be eligible for a refund after returning us the goods.
Products are usually shipped within 24 hours of orders and will usually arrive within 2-3 working days.
